Learn how to use UnrealEdit.exe (you'll find it somewhere in the Unreal Tournament install folders) and create your own levelsin UT. I've not figured this one out yet, but have got some interesting (although butt ugly) levels working. It's a cool tool!
Also, you can try fiddling with WorldCraft that comes bundles with most issues of Half Lie - another cool level creator.
