I bet there's one in your freezer right now

. And you just want to know if it's ok to eat it

It will be ok, think about it, why does food go bad? Because bacteria manage to digest it. But since:

1) It's been in the freezer, no bacteria can live in such cold conditions.

2) I don't think bacteria go for things like popsicles

.

So eat it, and remember, they put preservatives in those things, so it should be ok for another 5 years
