So if a (group of) person(s) has put a lot of money/time/effort into developing something you like and you can just copy it without any effort of yourself, you think that's ok?
If I did that at my university I would get kicked out.
Edit: I do agree that Nintendo's business model sucks and isn't profitable for anyone. If only they would have slashed the prices of downloadable games with 50%, I would have bought so much more.
