Anyone who doesn't like Fries with gravy and cheese is either A) Crazy or B) Has not smoked enough pot.
In all honesty I actually made poutine a few days ago. It's just fuckin' potatoes, gravy and cheese. Add some syrup-laden bacon to the side of that plate and you've got yourself a hearty meal.
