I think they're saying its everywhere because big franchises are going cel shaded... o at least i think. I also think that mario video looks WAY to good to be running on the gba, last time i checked cel shading is very processor intensive because the cpu doesnt know where to put the edges of the polygons or something like that.. i read that a long time ago.

Zelda will be the first serious step it really showing what is capable of being achieved. Nintendo likes to lead the way and be innovative... I think that because of nintendo there will be a lot more developers trying to do cel shading in the future... and people will learn to like it i think...
