same site, differnt people.
one persons 9 could be another persons 7. or vice versa. theres no set standard for scoring.
i personally liked smackdown slightlyyyyyyyyyyy more then RAW.
(dont get me wrong. i think they both suck. lol)
but EGM absoultly loved Smackdown. so it got a higher rating from the same mag. (see how it means squat? :P)
