well. there are things that do that. ones that basically change the whole GUI of windows.

i could make windows look EXACTLY like the Mac OSX if i wanted.

problem with thoes is. 1 is messing with your windows shell. and i've had it a couple times screw the shell up so windows wont even boot up (luckily i have a second OS, so i could look up that system and change it so it worked again. otherwise id of had to reformat)

and 2 they use up sys resources to do it. even tho i like other styles like OSX better, im not about to take up power to run them when i could be using the power to run other stuff.

i can change the windows skin without using any extra power tho. just having trouble finding a decent simple one that i really like. Found a OS X skin, but it makes the task bar look stupid.
