right now they go after the people who put the software up for download. the suppliers if you will.

however its arrogent to say you cant get in trouble for it. it is stealing. and you of course can get in trouble for it. it is possible for them to find out what yoru downloading. harder depending on how its named. unlikely yes. but possible. your ISP can find out what you do online.

more likely is. i've actually heard of this. and know of one person its happened to. His ISP found out he was going to warez sites. and downloading illegal software. his ISP cut off his service. he had to get a new isp basically.

its rare. but it can happen.


best thing to do would be for all the LOSERS that do that stuff to get a damn job and buy the software. its not like it costs that much. if no one stole games, they might even cost less.
