MM I think was the only one that had a different logo, which, of course, was also the last Zelda game to be released on a major console...

As for Handheld games, I havn't played any of them, but you said that Link's Awakening had the shield and sword or just a shield or something, I forgot... but then the other two were totally different... which is one out of 3 handheld games, which means a total of 5 out of 8 Zelda games had a shield and/or sword and they didn't change that until the most recent Zeldas...

Thank you and have a nice day

ah, but you see, what im saying is SWORD, people keep complaining about the SWORD.

wasnt about a shield.

and theres no denying that pretty much every zelda game has had a differnt logo. be it the boat is the most differnt out of them all.

im not complaining about people complaining about a shield, infact ive seen no one complain about a shield. its only the sword. and the very first zelda that started it all had no sword in sight on the logo on the box.

Infact, i think its far more of a tradition that the box be gold. i see no tradition in any way of what is behind the word zelda in the logo. they've always played with that.
