You have a decent amount of muscle there, Mush...how old are you? *checks Mush's profile* son of a bitch, you're 3 days older than me.

Anyway, your friends are probably like ':eek:' because your muscles are defined (very low body fat percentage)

Are you just trying to make your arms bigger? Because if you build up your arms like mad and that's all, you'll start to look un-proportionate....like Popeye Try lifting a weight you can handle for 6-8 reps. (for me, it's 45 pounds) Do 3 sets a day, 4-5 days a week. By summer time, your arms will be huge.

I'll take a picture of myself when I'm done training (should be late spring, when I can get my digital camera back from my sister in University

Current Incline Bench Press Max: 180lbs (I work with 150/160)
Current Lying Arm Curl Max: 50 lbs (I work with 40/45)
Size of my Biceps: Approx. 16 inches
