Anyway, your friends are probably like ':eek:' because your muscles are defined (very low body fat percentage)
Are you just trying to make your arms bigger? Because if you build up your arms like mad and that's all, you'll start to look un-proportionate....like Popeye

Try lifting a weight you can handle for 6-8 reps. (for me, it's 45 pounds) Do 3 sets a day, 4-5 days a week. By summer time, your arms will be huge.
