Well, I don't know I think Deadly Alliance is a whole different ballpark, I mean it is a much deeper fighting game than any of the previous entires, but I don't prefer it over the less realistic ones.
I do believe that the lack of many fatalies (one for each character) and no stage fatalities knocked Deadly Alliance down.
So in conclusion, I will say Trilogy.
