.... is there anything wrong wit doin cardio everyday... i went to the gym yesterday ... n i did everything... that im recomended to do.. which is pretty much only upper body.. and today im kinda in the mood to go.. but you guys said that theres no point in workin the same muscle group within 48 hours of your last workout cause your muscles dont recover that fast right? How about if i just do cardio and abs today even tho i did em yesterday?
