well... I just got back... ran 4 miles.. woulda been like 5.5 but dad said cmon lets go already and i did an aight ab workout.. i actually feel like i can see the difference right now.. looks real good... but i know it wont look like this tommorow mornin my abs are jus tight right now .. but i like the way they look right now
would it be a bad idea tommorow to run another 4ish miles and do some weights also?
EDIT: since i dont want to triple post... whats so good about drinking enough water a day... lately ive been drinking a lot of it .. im just curious as to why its good for you...
