I suggest you throw in Luca Blight and Yuber in these polls.

Luca Blight:

From Suikoden 2. He's the best villain in a video game I've ever seen. He burns down villages, kills random people, wipes out an entire city, and tries to destroy an entire country. Top it off with his Beast Rune, and he's a worthy opponent.

Yuber

Yuber is in all three Suikoden games. He has a rune called the Eightfold rune which gives him his immortality and a special affiliation wth monsters (he can summon them). He's very powerful and another worthy opponent for the character battles. He appears to be human, but no one knows what he is. All we really know is that he his being tracked down by a man named Pesmerga, who knows Yuber for some reason.
