Its Dantooine. And no, there's not an actual place you can go for healing. The medical facility on Taris is the only one of its kind.
You'll just have to use Bastila's Force Heal (or your's if you have it) then wait for her Force points to restore.
Or... Well, this is kind of cheap but it never stopped anyone before
Anyway, if you teleport back to the Ebon Hawk, go inside the ship, go back out, and transport back to the wear you were before, you should be completely healed.
You transport back and forth by hitting eaiter A or X while on the map. One of the two...
