anyways i have more theorys:
first of all, in reloaded, when the architect states that the "mother of the matrix" helped create it and neo asked whether it was the oracle, he snorted and said "please, don't call her that", but what if he wasn't talking about the oracle we know, but rather about parsephone, wouldn't it make a lot of sense, if SHE was the mother of the matrix?
second, why is seraph so damn powerful, and how can he face neo so well? its a damn annoying question...he says he "protects what is most important", we assume thats the oracle, but is it?
third, how has agent smith become so powerful in revolutions? in reloaded, neo fought like 100 of him getting hit only like 5 times. It may have something to do with waking up in the real world and letting his program react beyond its original parametres.
fourth - the end of reloaded, when neo zapped the sentinal, and went into a coma. You notice that agent smith in the bed across from him, now here comes my reasoning. How was Smith still alive while everyone else died......what if when part of neo got written onto smith (to duplicate himself) part of smith got written onto neo, allowing him to manipulate and control sentinels (Quote from original matrix "Command the Sentinels to attack"). Maybe when smith went rogue he wasn't stripped of all his abilities and command within the machine world. So both of them are in comas for the same reason.
thats all for now...

I have my own ideas on yours
1. I agree that the Oracle is not the mother of the matrix because she says she is interested in only predicting the future; that is her function. But the architect said that the program that figured out how to make the matrix work was designed to examine the human psyche. It may be a program we haven't met yet or it could be an earlier version of the Oracle.
2. Seraph may be a protector of the Oracle, because she seems to be hunted (Merovignian(sp.) says her time is almost up/says in preview to deliver the oracle to him for Neo) but maybe hes also making sure that the humans don't get to the mother of the matrix.
3. Maybe the more people he infects, the more powerful he gets. However, I'm leaning towards the theory that the one that got out tapped into some new powers(like when Neo rose in the first movie) when he got out of the Matrix.
4. I don't think Smith could make the Sentinels explode. I think it was Neo realizing that he was not in the real world at all, but in a fake real world. He could feel the Sentinels, like he could feel things inside the Matrix. He probably couldn't feel it before because his encounter with the architect made him realize how controlled he really was, just like in the Matrix. When he was able to stop the Sentinels, his brain was probably reacting to all this info and overloading just like in the first movie when he was told that his world he had known for so long was all fake.
Anyways, I hope some of my theories are correct. However, there are many possible ways for this to go, so only time will tell.
