If one ruins his reputation so badly that he gets himself banned beyond count... I'd say he'd have to walk on eggshells if he'd want back into any forum. Even minor offenses like this help "prove" that he's only a nuisance to the forum. I believe he's pretty much gotten himself into the position that, if he wants to get back into this forum for a long stretch of time, he's gotta take it seriously.
