Re: Which mortal Kombat was the best?
My personal fav was MK II, I liked MK trilogy as well, but mostly MKII, I found it to be challenging, yet still beatable, with great replay potential. I liked the characters, and found that it had great specials without sacrificing the martial arts for extras.

Re: Which mortal Kombat was the best?
and on snes there was also reportedly a way to face Noob Saibot.....by doing 50 versus games....never figured it out, and for smoke you had to press start something whenever the face at the bottom said that crazy line

UMKIII my favorite, with Those crazy combo chains. The only combos I could do in the past ones were Lui Kang's punches LoL.

Re: Which mortal Kombat was the best?
Jax (black dude) was the ONLY guy I could ever beat Kintaro with in MKII..and I kind of cheated. I just kept uppercutting him every chance I got and eventually could beat him.
My fav. was MKII but MKIII is a close second.

Re: Which mortal Kombat was the best?
Old topic, huh?
Whatever.. I had MKII for my Game Gear, and it was my favorite.
I don't know why you say Kintaro was so hard. He was tough, but certainly beatable.

Re: Which mortal Kombat was the best?
Well it was the first time I've noticed it... as for my favorite, it would have to MK II. I was skipping school to play this game in the arcades.

Re: Which mortal Kombat was the best?
in MKII it was easy to face jade if you used mileena, you have to kill the person before kintaro each round with low kick, so just use the -> -> low kick move and it was easy.
