Yay for wings on the helmet.

But yeah, he does look awfully silly. I suppose it'll look better with the right lighting and such. Still a bit ill-fitting.

EDIT: Ah, it's a stuntman. Hopefully looks better on Evans.

Costumes like that always look silly pre-editing. Under lighting/filters/enhancements I'm sure it'll look great.
