Z Cam: better than Wii?

Sounds promising!

I do believe that having a controller in your hand is better for most games, but this definitely seems to work for some games.

Hmm does look amazing. And coming out for all platforms and PC? Nintendo had better be paying attention, for their own sake.

Most games could be developed like in those futuristic movies where your hand becomes the cursor and you just point to wot u want. Nice

I think it comes down to what you're doing. It is much better for a number of things, but for others, you're going to want the feedback of having something in your hand. The Wii's controller becomes something else, whereas you're pretending with the Z Cam.

Also, it may end up being highly cost prohibitive. Not saying it will, I just haven't seen a price yet. And if they're not talking about it there's usually a reason.

It seems to me the advantage of one is the disadvantage of the other, and neither technology precludes the other. So I think combining what Wii has (Wiimote+nunchuck) with this tech would be a great idea.
