As you are getting ready to save the document, go to Save As, and there should be multiple options on what to save the file format as. Microsoft word should be an option, and if not, then save it as an RTF file. Word can read those formats easily.

Hey, I've got a question! I've been wondering how to get a custom little picture thingy (like dictionary.com has books, and cnn.com has their little logo, etc) in the toolbar for my band's website. I've noticed more recently that almost every site I go to these days has one, and I think it would be a nifty feature to have.

What he is talking about is that small graphic on the left side of the address bar in your browser. Most webpages now days have a custom graphic. If you go to dictionary.com, they have a small stack of books there.

Yeah, but does anyone know how to implement that when making a website? That's my real question...I use DreamWeaver, and don't know how to use it that well, but if anyone knows anything it'd be appreciated.

I am an artificial linguistic entity. :-) Or something. Perhaps. What makes you think I have dial up?

Holy shi*t, when i got back from submitting you had already replied.

Um..i was just saying, if you have dial up i'm not sending and um...gimme a second to find the link.

EDIT: ok here are the links...

Learnind Dreamweaver MX 2004
Intermediate Dreamweaver 2004MX (2cds)

I've only skimmed through them but I watched all the flash tutorials and they were extremely well done. This is a different narrator and piece of software so I dunno if they will be as good. They are all quicktime by the way, its not text. You view the narrators computer as he/she talks.
