Final Fantasy XIII to 360

I don't see it as a big deal, and I have a PS3, and I love the Final Fantasy Series.

It's not me losing money, nor is it any other Playstation-lover losing money. I don't see why anyone would be torn up about losing exclusivity. If anything, it's better, because it makes it widely available.

If you care enough about a game/games enough to actually get torn up when a game you like goes on another system, while still staying on whichever one you own, you need to hang out outside more often.

The only way this would suck for PS3 people, is if the game was only on the 360, instead of both.

Realistically, I say this sucks for people only with a Wii.

If it was something like Mario being in a PS game, that would make fanboys cry. But I have a hard time feeling like a third party developer making a game for another system is that big of a deal, as long as the original system is still getting it.

And I'm with Darkmaster, I hate console exclusives. I think it's pretty ridiculous we have three different kinds of video game players (Wii is sort of an exception on this point). You only need one DVD player.

I know that's an argument that's been used for years, but it isn't any less true.

For me, this is good news though, as I intended to get a 360 but never intended to get a PS3.

Really hoping we actually see a gameplay demonstration at either Sony's conference or SquareEnix's conference tomorrow. As cool as they are, these recycled pre-rendered trailers are getting pretty old now.

While it's silly for anybody to get in a tizzy simply because "Oh my console lost an exclusive game (that I will still be getting anyways)!", I could see there being exceptions to this...

Let's say you were teetering on the edge between a 360 and PS3, and sided with PS3 because of two big names: MGS and FF...
And now you know that you would have been able to get one of those on the 360...
"I could be playing *whatever caused them to consider a 360* right now and still have been able to play FFXIII when it comes out!".

Probably 3-4, but does it really matter? I didn't mind changing the disc every 10-15 hours during FFVII through FFIX.

I did not have high hopes for Banjo at all when I saw the trailer.

Or high hopes for Rare at all for that matter.
