I enjoyed the realism in OoT more than the Cel-Shading in the Wind Waker. I can understand they're trying to find a happy medium between the 2D overlook and 3D third person type of style. I enjoyed both but I think Nintendo should choose one or the other, not have both in a game.

They did it because it's a fairy tale, according to Miyamoto (I think)... And there were a couple times in WW when I thought "Yeah, if they did this with realistic graphics it'd look pretty damn stupid"... But I guess they probably could have changed what happened a bit to make it fit a more realistic style...

True, but consideing more than 90% of the stuff you see in the game would have looked and felt beter in the realistic style... the change isn't justfied. I mean, the wind effects woud have looked a little stupid in OoT style, but that's a risk worth taking considering Link himself looks stupid in WW style.

But I think that the temples realy need that intimidating edge OoT/MM had... and I think if WW would have went the wa of realistic graphcs those could have been some creepy temples.

The OoT temple's were a masterpiece. I hope Miyamoto still has is creative edge.

I thoguht the Forest Temple had the best looking scenary on any system from the generation.
