Mine happened like a little less than a year ago. I was playing MGS2 in the tanker part of the game. Right when you enter the boiler room area there is a guy just short of standing at the edge. I snuck up on him held him up. Stole his dog tags and then booted him off the edge. He then fell two stories and landed on another guy.

Perfect Dark has some magic moments in singleplayer. Just hearing a guard say 'gunshots!' was soooo funny!
Or in the submarine level, you can shoot 1 guard through the glass of a door, then the other guard will look at him. Once he said: "Ah, didn't like him anyway!" MAGIC!!!
