Ok put it this way: you build an appartment and you let people live in it. Those people really mess up, they make the place dirty, they fight with eachother.. even worse, they don't pay their rent and hate you for no good reasons.

Would you be interested in them? Would you let them go on? Or would you stop them and give those few 'good' renters a chance?

But what if this high power WANTED us to (slightly) comprehend him? He could keep things simple for us, right? Being powerful doesn't mean no one can know anything about you....
