Hey, everything is to taste, thats why I'm always pretty vague when it comes to recipes. Hell, my coleslaw recipe calls for a handfull of sugar, a chef spoon of mayo, a squeeze of dijon, a few pinches of salt and pepper and a few splashes of vinegar.

BTW, the chili idea intrigues me. Did you use fresh chilis or powder?
