First of all: !Clarification Do crazy people know they're crazy? Or are they told they are not crazy, because from their point of view, they aren't?

So I was thinking. We won't be told who was what. But we do have to find a way to figure it out, so I assume there will be hints in the narration.
This guy who thinks he's George Washington makes a good point. I like his 18th century's qualities, so I'll go with his reasoning.
