I think FFVII's switch from presumed N64 exclusive to a PS1 exclusive was bigger...
Though it wasn't so much of a loss of exclusivity as it was a complete loss o.O
And it was never really confirmed for N64 in the first place...

Even so, this is one less reason (out of about 2) to consider purchasing a PS3 when the price drops...
Now if only MGS4 would make a 360 clone of itself
