Easy... annihilate the city. I can think of a few cities that need the "God's Wrath" treatment... beyond New Orleans (he already took care of that).

Oh, and buried alive. I've almost drowned (or felt like I was) a few times and it's horrific. Being buried alive might be worse, but I have no idea what that's like.
