Appears to be brand new. Still in original packaging. Controller seems used though, or has a few scuff marks rather. However, the cord is so crisp, you know it hasn't been used before. Whatever.

Panzer Dragoon Saga. :eek: If only I had a Saturn at that time. Someone just sold a factory-sealed PDG for $300 on eBay.
