I used the analogue instead of the D-Pad when I played SC on the DC, and since th GC has definately got the best analogue stick out of the three controllers, I'll definately be buying the GC version... I have no problems with the actual button layout (buttons aren't too close to each other like on the xbox controller, though I should probably see what the S controller's like), and besides, I've got the Playcube, so I could use the DS2 on the cube if I ever wanted to.
Add that to the fact that Link's in the game, and the Cube one is definately for me

Oh, and Stonecutter, have you actually seen SC2 in action for the Cube? It definately ISN'T a notch below any of the other versions
