Do the framerates suck as much as they're being accused of sucking?

I dunno if it's the frame rate, but the game looks blurry as hell. Maybe R* just released doctored pics or somthing, cause nothing looks as smooth as the screenshots.

Shooting at multiple enymys from different angles gets very er... dizzy, I prefer GTA 3's lack of camera movement, cause now it's way too much.

GTA3 had those trails... that made the game look all blurry... but you could turn it off and it looked better...

Is Vice City the same way?

Pause, Display, Turn trails off.

game will look sharper.

Why the hell do they have those trails anyways? Do people actually play with them on?

I played with them on in GTA3 until my friend was messing around with the options (I usually don't bother much for some reason when I get a game) and turned them off and I was like ":eek: It looks bettarz!"

The only good thing about having trails on is nighttime actually looks like night... cuz the trails make things darker, and with them off it's a bit too bright

but theres an brightness option too.

i cant quite place my finger on what exactly the trails do tho. i dont like the blue effect when things move. turning trails off fixes that.
But it takes something out of the atmosphere. a certain color tone or maybe it is just brightness. but after playin with it a while i like it better anywho with trails off.
