My bad...I just saw that they are in fact playable. Nevertheless $15 a month is a little outrageous.

But now I spend 10 minutes standing in my room staring at a stack of games wondering which one I should play (I have so many unbeaten ones), and I usually walk away disgusted because I can't decide.
I think I'm going to start using Neo's "primary/secondary" plan. Because when I DO play a game, it usually ends up being something like a fighter, which I can play for years and never beat, and thus I never get anythign accomplished.
I also agree with Dyne on the RPG thing. I sick and tired and done with them. I always buy more than I can ever possibly beat. From now on I'm just buying the ones from my favorite series, like Xenosaga, FF, and The Elder Scrolls. No matter how much I want another one, I'm not getting it. I usually have more fun with the action oriented games anyway. Instant gratification is great.

Ah Elder Scrolls...now there was a time-sucker. I haven't played GOTY but I'm considering it.
One thing you can do is try something like gamefly, or a blockbuster game pass. That way you can catch up on the games you wanted to try out but not necessarily play all the way through. I'm waiting for a few more games to come out before I try that.
As far as walking away because you can't decide, that happens to me to. There are so many games I could be playing that I don't feel justified in playing any specific one. Therefore I end up playing nothing.
When I was younger there was only 8-bit Nintendo. I would go to Don's Video every weekend and rent a couple games which always smelled like tobacco since Don was a chain smoker. Those were the days.

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
Oh yes, forgot to tell this.
I plan to decrease my gaming time. From now on I'll only buy/play the games that I know I'll really really like. Such as Zelda.
I see myself only playing Zelda games in the future... when I borrow a Revolution from my brother. (tsjah, it's the girl, you know....)

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
Maybe once a day I'll start up the xbox and play a game in my franchise in ESPN NBA Basketball 2005. I've started a good 10 different franchises and havent finished any, but I'm half way through the season on the current one. Custom Team with only free agent players. 9-0 because its against the computer

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
I usually am only playing Halo 2 or Rallisport 2.
Rallisport 2 has to be the greatest game ever made. It never gets boring, and it has unlimited replay value.

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
Typically I will never play more than two different games at a time. Lately I have been paying a lot of Halo 2 online and MGS 3 when I don't feel like playing Halo. Occasionally I will put in Smash Bros Melee.
Will always be a die hard Zelda fan, which gets all of my attention until it is beaten.
Don't really play many computer games, and all sports games are alike.

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
Most of my gaming time goes to PC online shooters.
The only console I've ever owned is the cube, and that only gets played for a while when I get a new game.
I'm currently playing(and haven't finished) HL2, RE4, NBA streetvol2, and Mario Tennis.
I don't think i even played a game in the last 2 weeks. It's just something that doesn't get my attention cuz i'm busy with other things.
I really should finish hl2, cuz that **** is fun.

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
My time is usually divided between any down time I have in school, which this semester is very little, between that and a roommate who goes to bed at midnight very little gaming during the week.
single player games I play for a few days, then it's back to the multiplayer affairs. I'm currently routing between 5-7 games depending on my mood including Resi Evil 4, Metroid Prime 2, I-Ninja and several others. My Cube is currently loaned out to my friend to try out a Zelda game and too lazy to hook up my DC. So probably won't be doing any gaming this week which is a good thing.

Re: How do you divide your gaming time?
My new semester is homework heavy. I barely play video games at all anymore.
I quit R.O.S.E. and I haven't finished Suikoden IV. I want more time for games because I want to paly through the whole Suikoden series. So gaming time depends on how much homework I get and how fast I do it.
