I'm not saying anyone can be a wrestler, and I'm not saying being a wrestler is easy, I just don't think they should be compared to football players, soccer players, baseball players, hockey players etc.

Well I'm not necessarily comparing the sport aspect, but more the ethical aspect. There is no question that wrestling is not a sport, but because its not a sport makes the steroid use a bit more tolerable in my eyes, because there is no competition, only performance.
Sports enhancing drugs used in sporting events makes for an uneven playing field, and lessens the accomplishments of true athletic feats because you canb always say "its not them, its the drugs they're on". It makes the sport fake.
Wrestling has been admittedly staged for almost 80 years, and hasn't pretended to be a true sport. Therefore, its based on fakery and admits to it. Baseball does not and will not. Therein lies the hypocrisy, IMO.
