I saw a trailer for a cool balance game, made by the Nanostray guys.
Here it is.

I might get it for 800 points.

Xbox 360 owners will have a bit more of a reason to join their upcoming Block Party promotion. While the March initiative is primarily focused on the releases of Toy Soldiers (March 3rd), Scrap Metal (March 10th), Perfect Dark (March 17th), and Game Room (March 24th), Microsoft has also announced that gamers who purchase all 4 titles will receive a 400 MS Point rebate, and Xbox Live Gold members will see an additional month added to their subscription as well. Finally, the weekend following the release of Game Room, all Xbox Live Silver members will be treated to a free multiplayer weekend on Xbox Live for all Block Party titles. Microsoft provided this information with the caveat that all Xbox Live Arcade release dates are subject to change without notice, but we're pretty confident that you'll actually be able to deploy those suitcase guns this time around.

See how long this will last, but shall try and update with new releases on Mon (WiiWare/VC), Wedn (XBLA) and Thurs (PSN)

Notable for Wii this week is
Max and the Magic Marker, which is a game I've been looking forward to for some time. (And already bought.) Thus far its a pretty novel platformer, though what you can do is pretty basic so far.

And FF 2 on Virtual Console, Moogle can probably tell you which FF this is, though I believe its 4.

NINTENDO DOWNLOAD: WITH FANTASY GAMES THIS GOOD, WHY SETTLE FOR REALITY?

March 8, 2010

Sometimes realism is overrated. Don't we all need a regular jolt of fantasy to keep our imaginations alive and kicking? For Wii™ owners, this week's new game lineup is set to deliver exactly that. Max & the Magic Marker for the WiiWare™ service imagines what would happen if your own artistic creation turned against you, while the Virtual Console™ service features a big dose of otherworldly action with the classic FINAL FANTASY® II. Browse all the latest downloadable games for the Wii and Nintendo DSi™ systems to help keep your imagination fueled to the max.

We've also got some free bonus inspiration for you this week: At last September's Penny Arcade Expo, Nintendo invited professional artists to create one-of-a-kind animations using the Flipnote Studio™ application for the Nintendo DSi system. The results are now online and ready for viewing at the Flipnote Hatena site (http://flipnote.hatena.com), including cool clips from top comic artists like Eric Jones, Christina Strain and Mike Choi. Check them out and treat your brain to extra helpings of creative juice.

I know this focuses more on the 3 home consoles, but figured would bump since Nintendo released Photo Dojo today for free in the States until early June.

I can't explain the game, so here's a trailer.

So anyhow, in order to overcome my gaming rut, I've decided to try out some arcade titles.

So looking for some suggestions.
I most likely will be getting Castlevania for XBLA
So looking mostly for WiiWare and PSN stuff, though will take XBLA.
Still need Shadow Complex
