Congrats, Green Bay. You are no longer my least favorite division rival.

The Lions played some dirty fucking football. Absolutely uncalled for late hits, unsportsmanlike, dirty football.

I look forward to Detroit being mopped up during their next 5 games. Green Bay, I hope you put Detroit on its back.

Detroit = new most hated rival.

Edit: Oh. And I called it. Detroit is overrated (and the Bills) and had the fortune of an NFL lockout and no practice and a fairly easy-going opening schedule. They are a dirty team with a dirty fucking coach and they can't handle their momentum and energy. Megatron is your one dimensional out. Enjoy the long stretch of good teams + Green Bay + Minnesota.

Double Edit: Seriously! I can't believe how cocky the Lions (and their fans) are when they win. But when they lose? Fucking hand shake fiasco. They suddenly start playing dirty football. I mean even Stafford is taking cheap shots...I can't believe they ejected DJ Moore after that shit. Fuck you Stafford. If you want to dish out the cocky attitude when you win games, you better harden the fuck up when you lose games. Seriously, STFU and harden the fuck up.

What?! The Bears are my favorite divisional rivalry.

The Lions do seem to have turned into a dirty team, which is a bit odd, because I always used to view them as gentle and pushovers. Schwartz comes off as a tool as well.

Also, that's great the Lions have Megatron. I'm glad we have Optimus Prime (Aaron Rodgers).

What I meant to say was, I hate your team the most, so our rivalry was always my favorite. Now I have new found dislike for Detroit.

I feel like the Packers-Bears rivalry has become very gentlemanly. Like let's get our monocles, wine, and cigars good chap.

I actually never hated the Pack...but I always wanted to beat them the most. Having 10 years of Favre kicking your ass will do that to you. By year 7 or 8 of Favre beating us to a pulp...you just want to beat the Packers.

Now I just want to see the Lions get beat. Schwartz is an ass and a tool. I look forward to the next time the Bears and Lions meet, and same goes for the Packers vs. Lions.

Well, suffice to say I am even more interested in our Thanskgiving day game against the Lions (I honestly haven't followed them very closely this year).

MNF should be fun tonight. I'm anticipating a lively crowd judging from my drive home after work.

Also, KG - check your PMs.

Jon Gruden is a loveable goof. He is the next John Madden.

I loved Madden's nonsensical ramblings and random comments about how awesome Brett Favre is. Seems like Gruden is all about Rodgers. I love the Monday night crew. Random F-bombs, nonsensical commentary....Gruden dressed up for Halloween. Lordy. Much better than the assclowns that did the Bears vs. Lions game. Brian Billick is boring and a moron.

Did anyone else catch the epic Rodgers to Finley pass over the middle? That was literally impossible to defend.

I'm afraid this girl is going to cry twice a year as long as Aaron Rodgers is our QB.

Is this the same girl?

EDIT:

Hmm, she doesn't look the same, but it's the same reaction.

Did anyone see the Jets get Tebowned on Thursday night?

People are backing Tebow up, but I cannot buy the hype. I think he sucks and has had a lucky break from his defense. All he brings to the table is the run game Denver did not have.

The point is...the Jets suck.

Rex Ryan is so overrated.

I think what Tebow has done is admirable in the face of his critics (he is 4-1), but his style of play is probably not sustainable in the NFL... so I would agree.

The thing is, Denver got stomped by the Lions. And we aren't even certain the Lions are a top-tier team. All the other teams they have beat with Tebow suck.

I'm not creating an entirely new thread for this, fuck that. Close enough.

The CFL conference finals are today.
I'm super pumped that the BC Lions are where they are right now. They started the season 0-5, finished with a record of 11-7, won home field advantage for this game (BC Place is the loudest CFL stadium, so many opposing QB snap-errors due to noise), and have a chance to play the Grey Cup game which happens to be here this year. Different type of Football or not, that's still a damn good storyline.

Today will either be really really good, or really really bad.

Edit: hahaha...Tebowned. I like that. I also imagine getting "Teboned" is what his wife/girlfriend/mistress does.

Packers vs. Lions next week on Thanksgiving day is going to be fun. I hope James Starks is okay.

Packers vs. Lions is going to be FUCKING AWESOME.

It better be a shoot out. I don't want to see ANY defense (not that unlikely of a scenario, really...).

74-69 better be the final score.

And Dolphins vs. the Cowboys? That should be good too. The Dolphins are suddenly hot, and the Cowboys are all about losing easy games, flip-flopping, and Romo-ing.
