Here's my introspective, emo contribution to this thread (this guy was cool way long ago):

back in high school i went through my "noise" phase. these guys are technical as fuck, but unless you're a jazz musician or a massochist...

these guys, you realize, are all the more impressive when you see that they actually have a live VIOLA player and it's all craftmanshipy:

Was Oh Mandy supposed to be that short? It sucked. Summer Grof was great though.

Yeah, they wanted us to play 30 seconds of Oh Mandy into Summer Grof. It's not quite the same without a mandolin.

I think I walked by Marina a few times. It was a ridiculous experience. Pretty great.
