Adventureland
Anyone seen this yet? I saw it last night and throughly enjoyed it. Its from the director of Superbad, which I also loved, but its definatley a calmer, more intimate Superbad with more substance. Really a good movie and its been getting good reviews. I have a special connection to it though, because they filmed it at an Amusement park in Pittsburgh called Kennywood, which I have been going to since I was a little kid (I have family in Pittsburgh). I had to contain myself from yelling "I've been there" several times throughout the movie.

Re: Adventureland
This one looks okay. In fact, this one looks kind of cute and low-fi, it looks like it would be a fun date movie.
I'm more excited to see Observe and Report though.

Re: Adventureland
I saw this movie and enjoyed it, but for the life of me kept thinking it would have worked better as a high school movie since none of the kids looked like they were in their 20s.
Except the red-head chick who looked like she was in her 30s.

Re: Adventureland
I saw it. It felt strangely intimate, like whoever wrote it had based it on actual experiences (whether their own or others, I'm not sure). But it felt almost as if I shouldn't really watch it because it belonged to somebody else. But it was still really good.
