Not at all familiar with the character but I rather enjoyed the first episode. It's not full animation, but it's way better than the recent motion comics. Helps that it's John Romita Jr. (who's most recent series was Kick-Ass) art.
What's weird is that it's only out in Australia right now. Will be on BET when it airs in the U.S.
