Our thoughts on the release of the first trailer of CoD: World at War. It's here if you haven't seen it.

More Metal Gear Solid 4:

I thought we could have a bit of an update on everyone's (Dyne, Aladuf, Flunkie (?)) playthrough so far. Definitely not as long as last week though.

Gears of War 2 Multiplayer Footage:

Aladuf reports on the scene from Gears of Love.

If the Gears 2 video is up by the time we record and I've seen it can I talk about it?!

There wasn't any violent opposition to putting musical transitions in the actual podcast and stuff. What do you guys think? Should I attempt it this week? I think it would keep listening interest high for those who aren't used to listening to podcasts.

I think it would be best if we avoided Gears....

Also, I think for the sake of editting especially if Dyne is gonna add music in between segments. We should take short 1-2 minute breaks so there is some dead air to cut. And also so it doesn't seem like a mumble of people talking.

Also may or may not be able to make it this week.

And if everyone is ok, I think Bluefire may be the 6th wheel this week. If you folks are still interested in a guest rotation.

I still think six is too many. I wouldn't listen to a podcast with six people that I can't physically see.

Should we maybe start planning on a backup person for BaB? He's not been around here for about a week. I see he popped up in here for a post or two but for the most part that's been it for him. I'd talk to him on AIM but he's not been there either.

I think we're fine without BaB if he's not here - didn't we want less people in the podcast?

Yeah, you're right. It definetly started feeling crowded last week.

I agree. If BaB doesn't show up we can just roll with four.

Do you know if that Gears of War 2 footage is going to come out before the podcast, Aladuf?

P.S. I have to travel to another hospital tomorrow for work, so I may be a little late.

Nah, I'm not sure when it's supposed to be released, 1up just said sometime tomorrow.
