For me, its Supernatural. Last season was sooooooo good. Death was only on the show for 7 minutes, and he was an unforgettable character. I hope he returns again next season. If you haven't gotten into it, start. Its worth it, especially when the multi-season end of days storyline kicks into gear.
30 Rock and The Office if really need something to watch.
No more Lost or Heroes. That feels weird.
Tempted to start watching Supernatural. Heard good things. Seemed like a typical CW show at first which put me off. Pretty white kids with (demonic) problems. Anyone else remember that MADtv skit?

I'd recommend it, obviously. It has a great sense of humor but also great writing, especially in regards to their biblical apocalyptic storyline. One of the producers is Ben Edlund, creator of The Tick, and I think he has a heavy influence.
It started out as a "monster of the week" series, but evolved greatly from their. Kind of like Buffy, but better and more literate.
I haven't really been following many shows on TV. I'll just watch them when their on, or on DVD.
One show I do like [it grew on me] is Fringe. The new season looks like it's going to be highly dumb, so I doubt I'll go out of my way to actually see it, but each episode I've seen so far entertains me one way or another.

Yeah the first season, and to some extent the second season are really typical monster of the week stuff, but they start getting into yellow eye demon and it becomes a weekly show with a serial plot.
Though sometimes, the pacing is off, it is a fun show with some awesome characters.
How did I forget about IASIP.
I freakin' love that show.
