That shouldn't have any weight. If that's the case, then since Naslund was the leading scorer Moore should have hella let up on that hit. He didn't though, he leaned into it. Bertuzzi pulled some dumb **** out there. I'm incredibly biased with this topic but I can't stand how just as vicious attacks around the league are ignored in comparison just because the extent of the damage is less.
Hey, Jason King scored again. I wish the guy kept his early season pace. He was the leading goal scorer for a while and then went dry. He might be a playoff guy. *hopes*

If Moore's job is to be the tough guy and check hard then he should live up to it and be willing to take the recourse for his hit(s). Realistically the NHL is a league that has laws. There is always a reaction to an action. It's sad that Moore had his neck broke unintentionally but he should have had the guts to atleast standup for his hit and duke it with someone who would have provided a fair fight. Anyone of the Canucks players who were willing to fight him would have got the instigator anyway.
edit: ack oilers lose to st louis
oilers have 3 games left and the blues have 4.
I hope they make the playoffs. First time in how long that all 6 have made it. Ever happened before?
