after watching him throw away (Eagles...Playoffs...January 2004) a good amount of games over the past 2-3 years, absolutely not. he can still light it up...but he's far too unpredictable/inconsistent.
Manning has thrown at least 2 TDs in every game this season, and never as many INTs as TDs.
That is the kind of play to set your watch to.
