Men with AIDS have started raping babies as a cure for the disease. We're talking less than a year old babies, straight out of the womb, and obviously not curing them.
Africa is pretty screwed up and needs to be fixed in general, mainly by removing horrible people like this from existence.

Don't forget about the criminals robbing people of their AIDS medicines because you get high if you smoke them.
