We'll get it in 8 days, but I'm not buying it yet.
I just got F-Zero GX, still playing that. And Eternal Darkness (yes I know

) and TWW and THPS4 and Soul Calibur (major letdown BTW... stupid button masher).

So I'll wait....

No. All credible online game sites have said the 17th. Ebgames.com and my local ebgames says the 17th.

Preferably this Friday (Nov. 7) so I could play it during my four day weekend?

How does the system link thing work? do both consoles need Broadband adapters, or is there a system link being sold seperately? I must know!

If you were to hook up 2 GameCubes, the mandatory hardware is: 2 GC's, 2 BBA's, a crossover cable, and a game that supports system link/LAN. That's it. Getting to play over LAN should be very easy...I'm guessing that all you have to do is have both at the LAN select screen, then wait as the 'Cubes communicate. Probably the same way 2 or more XBox's work....
