Damn, that makes four awesome titles that I'm going to have to get, if this does happen. I hope it does. I have the money.. I'd buy it for sure on the "suprise" release date.

If this does happen, which I almost guarantee it won't, it will be madness at all the retailers. They'll have a near riot on their hands.

This is extremely doubtful. Not knowing about its release till the last minute will diminish tons of hype and sales, which is something you sure as hell don't want to do, especially with a game like this.
