Yeah. 1 as master, one as slave. Otherwise windows gets confused.

But like others have said, make sure you have the correct drivers and the ide cable is plugged in all the way. (Make sure power is connected to)

Set it as master and set it to IDE2 and then just make sure the power cord is plugged in and it should work in theory
