Child's Play
Child's Play
Those of you who read Penny Arcade regularly might already know about this. For those who don't, information is contained in the link above. If you have expendable income or know those who do, buy something on their Amazon wish list and help make it a brighter Christmas for kids in the Seattle Children's Hospital.

Yeah, I think that's awesome. They're such great people. I'm glad to have met them.

Re: Child's Play
That guy's letter was really touching, and I admire Penny Arcade for setting that up.
I'll be getting a check soon, maybe I'll get them one of those classic arcade games.
Thanks for sharing this. Hopefully, they'll get a lot of gifts.

Re: Child's Play
I don't think I've had a smile on my face for that long before, this is beautiful.
I'm going to try my best to get people to buy gifts for these kids and help support a wellworthy cause. Imagine the faces of those kids when they get thousands upon thousands of amazing gifts for Christmas, it nearly brings a tear to my eye.
I'm going to e-mail Penny Arcade and let them know what an amazing job they're doing.

It's beautiful to see that we still have nice folks out there.

Re: Child's Play
I thought this was totally awesome when jeepnut showed it to me. Almost brought a tear to my eye of how good this is going. It is great to know there are so many people who are willing to give.

It's another night in hell, Another child won't live to tell
Can you imagine what it's like to starve to death
And as we sit free and well, Another soldier has to yell
Tell my wife and children I love them in his last breath
C'mon now amen, amen, amen

I see Nintendo is doing great business! 4 Cubes, 2 AGBs and 1 XB.
Good action, but I don't celebrate christmas...

Re: Child's Play
And BTW I'm not selfish at all, I already give enough. I prefer making children happy that I actually know. Close by.

Maybe its just me, but I don't see how actually knowing the child would make a difference. Giving to any needy child will reward you with a good feeling, whether you know them or not. Regardless, its nice to hear you're a giving community figure, this world needs more people like that.
