No tree but my outside decorations are up. My mom bought a 4 foot tall self inflating reindeer. It rocks.

We put up our outdoor lights right after Thanksgiving, and we put up our tree last week. Tonight I'm going to move most of the presents under it. My mom still has a few to wrap. And then I have my own birthday tree which I share with my sister
