If your just trying to find out the DOS name for the folder Documents and settings, then just get to the main:

C:\

Then type "dir" (without the quotation marks) and find out what DOS named the folder. Then just navigate from there.

before i go and try to find if thats wrong cuz i thought it was 'move' too...

but why are you trying to use dos instead of just windows? and on what operating system you using? Because unless you installed dos yourself. Win 2k and XP dont have dos. they have a simulated dos which still runs under windows, so if your tryin to move a file that way because windows wont let you. You 'MIGHT' not have any luck doing it that way either.

Actually I've tried moving files using DOS on XP before when Windows wouldn't let me and it has worked. Although I forget the commands.
